Don’t know what to get tattooed but want a tattoo? Do you like to gamble? I, Gabby have come up with a sort of game, I call it Tuesday Toss-ups. I’ve written random objects on the faces of playing cards. For $100 you get to pick a card, any card…. actually 3 cards. I combine the objects on the 3 cards into one tattoo. So you get a unique and rad tattoo for only $100. Not a bad price for the size you get. Also, if you decide there’s no way your putting one of the objects you picked on your tattoo, you can draw an another card for an additional $25. So your not stuck with the first 3 cards you pick….. but every card after that is gonna cost you an additional $25. So let me try and play out a scenario for you and see if it makes sense for everyone….

“Hubert” comes in to get a Tuesday Toss-up tattoo. I lay the cards face down for him to pick from. He picks 3 cards. The cards read “octopus”, “skull” and “rainbow”. Cool. I’ll draw him up a tattoo, it will cost him $100. Let’s say Hubert doesn’t like rainbows. No problem. He can draw another card. He draws “cherry blossoms”. Now the tattoo is going to cost him $125 because of the extra card. But Hubert doesn’t like flowers either, so he draws again. He picks “snake”. Hubert is content with his cards now and his badass tattoo is going to cost him $150. Still a sweet deal.

I think it goes without saying but I’ll say it anyway. Tuesday Toss-ups are honored ONLY by Gabby and ONLY on Tuesdays.

Over the past few weeks, we have reVAMPed the shop. Swing in and check out the changes. We had to make room for more artists. We welcome back Will Kamas. In addition, apprentices Chris Krapohl and Tyler Straw are both coming along excellently. We have an AWESOME crew, and we look forward to ending the year on a high note.
